BODEGA STORY:

"The vineyard is our dream. We work in old Garnacha and Albillo Real plots, using ecological (20 ha.) and biodynamic (10 ha.) agricultural methods to best express the characteristics of our climate and our soils. The plots are planted on sandy (silicon) - clay soils of granite origin, in altitudes between 550 and 850 meters. The climate is Continental - Mediterranean".

"In our wines we search for balance, elegance, finesse, minerality, deepness and freshness, that is, for wines that are easy to drink.

We make our wines with little intervention (crushing the grapes by foot, with no pumps), with no chemical products (fermentation with local yeasts...) and with minimum doses of sulfurose (before bottling, in order to sell wine all over the world).

The basis of our work is both a respect for nature and for our indigenous grape varieties. For aging we only use large barrels (500 - 3000L.) to respect the identity and personality of our wines".
