PRODUCTION METHOD
Manually harvest in 10 Kg. boxes. Refrigerated at 6 degrees before first selection. Pressed by horizontal pneumatical press. Gravity flow transport to brand new, maximum one year old, French oak barriques. Takes a very slow alcoholic fermentation at a monitored temperature of 18 degrees.

Aging on its lees from 6 to 8 months.

Color: Gold fine dress with green iridescences.
Nose: Intense, mineral and fresh, perfumed to white peach, melon and lemon flower.
