AGING
The 50% of must does fermentation in French oak barriques, thereafter follows ageing on its lees during 6 months, carrying out what is call ‘’batonnage’’.

Color: Brilliant and light pink salmon dress.
Nose: Discreet and fine of strawberry and marshmallow.
Mouth: Fine and elegant, with aromas of grenache and quince jelly.
Is a wine of a great complexity, fresh and delicate.
