AGING
Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels of 55 hectoliters, and ageing as well in French oak barrels of 500 and 225 L hectoliters for a whole year.
Tasting Notes, etc.:
Color: Beautiful red dress with a russet edging.
Nose: Elegant, of reglisse and prunes, caramelized cherries, black olives and toasted bread.
Mouth: Of a great gentleness, wide, with hints of caramelized reglisse.
Is a very elegant wine, velvety tannins and a vanilla ending.
