Granitic ( sand and decomposed rocks ) 120 meters high. On an organic cultivation. Farming with maximum respect for nature and environment, with no herbicides but tillage between plantations and inter-vine farm work.
PRODUCTION METHOD
Manually harvest in 10 Kg. boxes. Refrigerated at 6 degrees before first selection. Manually destemmed and second selection. Gravity flow transport to 55 hectoliters oak barrels. Pigeage (treading) by hand many times a day, maceration would take from 4 to 8 weeks. It’s juices will do their malolactic fermentation in 225 Hl brand new French oak barrels.

AGING
Ageing in as well in French oak barrels for 2 years and in the bottle 6 months. Organic cultivation process.
Tasting Notes, etc.:
Color: Deep red dress with black iridescences.
Nose: Rich and complex with a mineral touch, red fruits like blueberry and a hint of truffled tapenade.
Mouth: Generous and complex wine with same taste as in the nose, meaty lips and mature harmonious tannins.
