PRODUCTION METHOD
Harvest by hand in small boxes made whole grapes destemmed
stainless steel tanks, pre-fermentation maceration
cold (2-5 days), mild extractions, maceration between 15 and 20 days.
Natural malolactic fermentation in barrels. Aging on lees.

10 months in French oak barrels of 500 liters.
