All the vineyards are located in the Borough of Méntrida. Syrah (10 years old); Garnacha (40-70 years old) 500-650 meters
Harvest by hand in small boxes made whole grapes destemmed stainless steel tanks, pre-fermentation maceration cold (2-5 days), mild extractions, maceration between 15 and 20 days. Natural malolactic fermentation in barrels. Aging on lees.
