Harvest by hand in small boxes. Made in two open barrel
500 liters. With whole grape stalk (100%) pre-fermentation maceration
cold (7 days) feet trodden only by avoiding the use of
bombs. Maceration time: 30 days. malolactic fermentation
natural oak. Aging on lees.
