These Verdejo vineyards grow on the plateau along the bank of the Rio Duero. Soils vary from gravelly, alluvial soils to sand & clay. The vines are trellised 6 Cordon trained. Sustainable viticulture is practiced w leaf thinning & green harvest to insure good fruit
PRODUCTION METHOD
The grapes are crushed, de-stemmed, and pressed. The must is allowed to settle before racking off and inoculated, then left to ferment in temperature controlled Stainless Steel tanks, producing a fruit driven and fresh young wine. Fined, filtered and cold stabilized.

CopaBoca Verdejo/Sauvignon Blanc is a lively, fruit driven young wine with white flowers, gooseberries & mango on the nose. The palate is full with honeydew melons, green apples & pink grapefruit with a clean crisp finish.
